What payment options do you accept?

Confectionately Yours accepts payments via PayPal. You will be navigated to a Paypal payment site after you submit your order. PayPal does not require an account and accepts all major credit cards.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I place my order?

Once your order has been processed and it is ready to be shipped from our company, you will receive an email containing a confirmation of shipping. Please note orders cannot be placed without an email address. It is important for your order tracking too.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Changes and cancellations can not be processed if the order has been processed and shipped.

What are your shipping and delivery policies?

Due to the variety in shapes and sizes of all the products available at Confectionately Yours we do not charge a flat shipping rate. We do not wish to profit from shipping and packaging costs and charge the customers only what it costs us to package and post their items. All items will be suitably packaged at a minimal cost to prevent damage.

Once you place your order you will receive an email confirming the total order plus postage and handling fees. We will endeavour to process your order within 48 hours of payment however this is not always possible, especially during peak periods such as Christmas.

If you would like to use Express Post or registered mail please contact us.

No orders will be sent until payment has been made.
For an example of postage costs:
Large letters up to 500g  approximately $3.50
Small parcels up to 500g (approximately 4 moulds) $7.00

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, International Orders are welcome.

What if my products arrive damaged?

In the event of shipping damages to your items, please notify us within 24 hours.

The original shipping package will need to be saved and returned for any damage claims.

What if a package arrives late due to weather or unforeseen problems?

Confectionately Yours is not liable for delays in delivery due to weather, or other unforeseen problems.

Please choose the appropriate shipping method during check out and, if possible, allow extra time to help avoid these concerns.

Chargebacks and returned cheques

n the event of a returned cheque or chargeback, the customer will be held responsible for the total order price plus any fees assessed by the involved financial institutions.

What is your return policy?

Returns will only be accepted if an item is faulty or an error has been made in your order.

Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear in this site. However, actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
